Senate bill S.978 in it’s current state is too open ended, I agree pirated TV shows and movies have gotten out of hand, but lets not leave YouTube cover artists (and Power Hour video makers) in hot water – Justin Bieber’s meteoric rise started from youtube videos of him covering hit R&B songs, this would be a felony if this bill becomes law – remember that amazing Lady GaGa cover by Grayson Chance? yup felony!
